MC said: Meredith, I LOVE the shoes Matt got for you. I am very jealous. They are beautiful. I'm also a size 10 shoe and only 16 years old. Can you tango?
I love the shoes, too, MC. They are gold with black polka dots and I’m told they are "the real deal" from Argentina. They were purchased in a store that only sells tango shoes. I plan to wear them on the show …but don’t expect a dance to go with them, as I’ve yet to learn the tango.
Susan said: Meredith, You look great wearing glasses. As a 60 year old, plus a few, I'm always looking for stylish frames, having worn glasses since third grade. Will you please share your frame information with your viewers? Today, Friday, April 25th, they are especially cool.
Thanks, Susan. The red pair of glasses I’ve worn is made by a company in France called JF Rey. I’ve also worn a brown and blue pair, made by a company called Paul Smith. Just for the record, I didn’t pick them out—my optometrist did. She had me try on different frames and asked my opinion, but my eyes are so bad I couldn’t tell what I looked like in them. So I trusted her judgment, and when they came back with lenses, I liked what I saw.
Feel free to post a question of your own for next time!

Hi there Meredith!
My friends and I are running a cancer relay in June.
We are trying to compile celebrity messages of encouragement for our team called the "Dream Team". If you could write us a quick note to us that would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks so much! You're such a great anchor and Millionaire host!

Meredith do you have a favorite color?
Hi Meredith,
You have my sympathy for having to interview Frank Sinatra Jr. the other day along with his sister, Nancy. But now you know why Tina never appears in public with "Frankie". She is the brains of the trio and is ruthless in her efforts to guard the estate. Meanwhile Nancy is happy to collect the royalties for "These Boots Are Made For Walkin'". It was interesting to see the bloated Frank Jr. try to put a sentence together for you on The Today Show. I felt so sorry for you. You must have lost the bet with someone in order to draw the unlucky task of trying to talk to Frankie. What a bag of gas he has turned out to be. Hard to imagine isn't it that his father could be ultra, uber and super talented and meanwhile Jr. could be so void of talent?
Oh well at least the US Postal service is doing the right thing and featuring his father on the 10th anniversary of his death. There will never be another Frank Sinatra and it is obvious that the genetic material did NOT pass from generation to generation. You tried your hardest and don't feel bad about how the interview came across. None of us blame you. We love you!
Scott
Hi Meredith,
I thought you looked especially pretty out on the plaza yesterday,(Wed.May14th) wearing a pretty blue coat and scarf..can you share information on the scarf? Thanks! You have made your own place on the show and I enjoy watching you each morning with the rest of the gang...love hearing about your family too! Blessings! Kathy
Hey, Meredith ~
I came here late to post similar thoughts as Scott Simon (above) wrote about your interview with Frank Sinatra Jr. He came across very rude and condescending, and no apology from his obviously embarrassed sister could erase that impression. You on the other hand handled it all with great finesse and grace, as usual. My question is how do you handle the pressure in those moments when an interview may go so awkwardly wrong? Can you really prepare for moments like that? Thanks!
Mary
Why oh why don't you all really PRESS these oil companies for some serious ANSWERS to their mega high profits during these difficult times??? I will never understand (and I know the interview this week was with Matt so it is not all toward you) but when the CEO of Exxon says that a lot of the revenues generated go towards larger projects did your program NOT ask "What are those projects because your consumers want to know what YOU are doing to help bring the price of gas down". It's extremely frustrating that these kinds of questions just get glossed over.
